We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, being close to both the BTS and MRT stations. We easily traveled around the city using public transportation. The room was beautiful and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean and well-maintained. The small pool was a nice addition and provided a refreshing break from the heat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the MRT station and within walking distance to Terminal 21 mall. The Deluxe room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff, Ayu, provided excellent service and checked us in immediately, even though we arrived early in the morning. The hotel also allowed us to check out late, which was a big help. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and cozy rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was superb, allowing us easy access to the Asok and Shukhumvit public transport and Terminal 21 mall. It was just a few minutes walk to the SkyTrain and Terminal 21, and there was even a convenient 7/11 right across the road. The hotel itself was quite luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The rooms were spacious and very pleasant, with a really comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially May who was both friendly and professional. The rooftop pool was a highlight for us, with stunning views and usually not too crowded. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail happy hour, which was great value.

The location is amazing, as it is right by the Asok subway line, which makes traveling around the city very easy. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby, so there is plenty to do. The staff here are very kind and have great hospitality, which made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and had lots of amenities, like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV.

The staff are fantastic, check-in was a breeze. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The room is soundproof, so we couldn't hear any noise from the road or neighbors. The location is prime, just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 21 and BTS Skytrain. The swimming pool has great views and plenty of lounge chairs. The gym is average but good enough for a quick workout. We can't wait to return next year!

The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the metro and sky train, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. My room on the 15th floor was spacious and offered stunning views. It was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is ideal for easy access to the BTS and MRT stations, allowing for convenient transportation around the city. Additionally, the hotel is a short distance away from Terminal 21 shopping center, where we enjoyed exploring and trying different types of cuisine. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and great pillows. Breakfast was delicious, with both Oriental and European dishes available, and friendly staff members were always happy to help.

Sadly, there were some issues reported by other guests, such as difficulties with the hot water and TV, and occasionally unfriendly staff.

That the room was a bit small for our liking. We also noticed that the noise from the street could be heard at times, but that didn't bother us too much since we were out exploring most of the time.
