Clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. Access code only worked on one of two doors. Helpful staff demonstrated how to use digital key pad. Good location, although under freeway where homeless gather. Poolside amenities could use improvement. Would recommend and consider staying again in the future.

The spacious and clean apartment with plenty of amenities was absolutely lovely. The location near the conference center and with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the excellent WiFi made it easy to stay connected.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of amenities. We appreciated the digital key pad, and the location was great for our needs. The gym was a nice bonus, and the pool looked appealing despite the chilly weather. It was also a nice touch to have complementary items available for use during our stay.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and stressful, particularly for those arriving at night. It would be helpful for the instructions to be updated and for a sign to be placed outside the garage to help guests find the entrance.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was great, close to the conference center and stores. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I loved the air conditioning in the room, perfect for the hot weather. The free toiletries were a nice bonus, and I appreciated the free wi-fi in the room.

The Sonder At East 5th provided a comfortable and well-stocked apartment with all the basic amenities needed for a stay. The location was great, with shops and bars nearby, and the balcony offered a decent view of downtown.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as a construction site across the street and a somewhat complicated entrance through a parking garage, these issues were manageable and did not significantly affect the overall experience.

The location of this hotel is great, with plenty of places to drink and eat within a 10-minute walk. It is also situated in a quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood, which adds to the charm. The apartment itself is beautiful and easy to access. The fridge had an excellent list of "best places to" nearby, which was very helpful. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly.

It would have been nice to have more instructions for the TV and a bottle of water upon arrival.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was incredible! The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed, including a full kitchen. The location was spot on, with easy access to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

The breakfast could use a little improvement, especially in terms of variety.
