I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Gardenia. The hotel staff was extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. They were always available to assist with any needs or provide helpful advice on motorbike rental, airport transfers, and city tours. The location of the hotel was also perfect, offering easy access to the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of options available for breakfast, with both buffet and à la carte choices. The staff was understanding of our dietary preferences and helped us find suitable options.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is unbeatable. Right in the center of the city on a lively walking street that really comes alive on the weekends. Secondly, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any request and their enthusiasm was contagious. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and some even had a good view. However, there were a few issues with mouldy pillows, but overall, a great stay.
