I recently stayed at Ploen Place Residence for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just steps away from the beach and convenient food options. The room amenities were impressive, including a microwave, mini dining table, and a dish washing basin on the balcony. The wooden floor added a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel is easy to find and offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. it's a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. it was great value for money and the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms with a balcony on the 8th floor. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and the Central marina where I could easily buy food or groceries.

There was one small issue that could be improved.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is only a short walk away from the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, there is a convenient Central marina nearby where you can easily buy food or groceries. The hotel is also perfectly situated close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The only minor complaint is that the bathroom may get soaked when taking a shower, as it is designed in an "Asian style" without a shower curtain.

The staff was not very welcoming and seemed to be disinterested in helping. On asking for some sightseeing recommendations, we were given a generic answer which didn't really help us explore the city.

Friendly staff, good English, no communication issues. Spacious bed, hard mattress. Refrigerator, big enough. Microwave oven, very handy. quite clean.
