Loved the spacious rooms with connecting doorway, comfortable bed, and luxe bathroom with full-size bath. Great amenities like English language movie channel, WIFI, and two pools. Delicious food at Pink Salmon restaurant and great cakes at adjacent bakery. Safe and enclosed neighborhood, just a block away from the beach.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. It is also conveniently located near the main attractions of the area. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with modern facilities, such as a pool access option and 4-star amenities. The breakfast served at the nearby restaurant is tasty and satisfying.

There were some issues with customer service, such as an unhelpful bell staff and a lack of assistance with luggage.

I had an amazing stay at Prima Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the pool access feature. Being able to jump straight into the pool from our room was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were helpful and the service was top-notch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, both Thai and continental. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Great stay for a business trip! Loved the breakfast with a variety of options and the free Wi-Fi worked great. Location was fantastic for getting around the area and made it easy to explore. the pool was a nice way to unwind at the end of long day.

Service was a bit lacking, as staff were not always readily available to answer questions or assist with luggage. the language barrier was also sometimes an issue.
