We had the most amazing stay at R-Mar Resort And Spa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. When we arrived very late at night, we accidentally left my laptop in the airplane. The lady at the front desk immediately took action and spent 30 minutes trying to contact someone at the airport. She succeeded and even arranged a taxi for me to retrieve my laptop at 3am. I was so grateful for their exceptional assistance and dedication. The helpful staff truly saved our holiday! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the action and shops, but still offered a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We loved that it was just a short distance to the mall and many restaurants, as well as the beautiful Patong beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a fantastic pool area that we loved spending time in. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

We received two complementary drinks upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel's location was amazing, just a short walk away from the lively street markets and restaurants. Our room was spacious and tidy, with all necessities provided. Despite the outside noise, we got some restful sleeps.

Our bathtub was small and not in the best condition. The curtain was old and dirty.

The location of the hotel is perfect - just a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road, yet tucked away in a quiet alley. The laundry service outside the gate doubles as a nice bar to socialize in the evening. Patong Corner restaurant nearby serves great value Thai meals. The WiFi works well everywhere and you can connect multiple devices. The breakfast selection is excellent and the pool area is never crowded.
