Yet, some facilities could use improvements. a few room layouts felt awkward, such as an impractical bathroom design, and accessibility from the hotel to nearby attractions posed a challenge.

This was just a prime choice for a city holiday in Chiang Mai with exceptional value. The afternoon tea served outdoors by the pool was a nice touch, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of food despite the bread not being super fresh. Try to find quieter dining hours to fully enjoy the serene atmosphere.

We love the fantastic riverside location, providing a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spacious rooms have beautiful balconies and great storage, which made our stay comfortable.

Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, which felt a bit stingy.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends. The hotel design is traditional and seamlessly incorporates nature. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely outdoor dining area. Don't miss the gym and the spa services. both were solid. We visited the local night markets and a popular temple nearby. Just remember to arrange transport, as it might be a bit far to walk from the hotel to attractions.

I had a bit of a strange experience with a lingering smell in the room. While my friends didn't notice it, it was hard to ignore.

the noise from the wedding was absolutely ridiculous, ruining my peaceful escape. the corners of the room were dirty, which just screams a lack of attention. i could've overlooked it if only i had received a complimentary fruit bowl to sweeten the stay. its just baffling how they expect guests to feel pampered here, honestly.

I enjoyed a wonderful dining experience while watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of the river. The staff provided outstanding service and helped me feel at ease. The scenery was calming and perfect for relaxation. It was great to savor some local dishes in a beautiful setting.
