The pool at Ratilanna Riverside Spa Resort was absolutely amazing. The pool was spacious, clean, and had just the right amount of chlorine. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Eastern options, including fresh fruit and a made-to-order egg station. The level of luxury and class at this hotel was truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent advice and resources to combat the pesky mosquitoes in the area.

The hotel had a nice design and offered a massage service that I enjoyed twice. I also appreciated the quality of the food at the on-site restaurant.

It was a bad experience. Although located in a key area, we were constantly disturbed by loud music until late.

The employees were amazing, the housekeeping was fantastic. The jacuzzi tub, gym, pool, and restaurant were great. The gift shop was impressive and the checkout process was smooth. The location is perfect, close to the airport and walking distance to the town's main street. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and the honeymoon setup was perfect. The overall experience was perfect.

The location of this hotel is a bit remote from the city center, which can be a minor inconvenience for those who want to explore Chiang Mai. However, this is a minor issue as transportation is readily available.
