The value for money at the hotel was impressive, with a fantastic room and great amenities. The location was central and convenient, and the staff at the hotel, especially Airry from the limousine service, were extremely welcoming and helpful.

One small improvement that could be made is to expand the breakfast spread to offer a wider variety of items.

My stay at Rosewood was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. One particular instance stood out to me - when I needed a taxi to the airport, the bell service graciously called one for me. Although the taxi driver tried to overcharge me, the hotel promptly intervened and resolved the issue. This level of assistance and willingness to help truly impressed me. I highly recommend Rosewood for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

The breakfast was tasty and diverse. the underground parking was spacious, and there was an additional parking tower. the staff was polite, and the location was accessible by car/taxi and public transportation. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good amenities. the pool was relaxing with an excellent view.

The menu selection poolside could have been better. There was no desk in the room, which was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is located next to Central Embassy mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, it is connected to the BTS station, providing easy access to various tourist spots and major malls. The rooms are spacious and modern in design, meeting the expectations of a luxury hotel. The staff is attentive and well-groomed, providing excellent service.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities and attention to detail at this upscale hotel. the well-equipped room boasted exclusive spa amenities, and the professional staff provided impeccable service throughout our stay. the in-room breakfast was a highlight, prepared and presented with impeccable attention to detail.

One minor issue was the lack of a desk in the room, which made it challenging to work. the hotel's quiet luxury ambiance made it an ideal living and working space, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a welcome addition.
