The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, being right on the river and offering a complimentary boat service.

The hotel room felt a bit outdated and could use some renovations, especially the carpets and wallpaper. the staff in the lounge were inexperienced and had difficulty understanding English.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the stunning views of the river from our room, the excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel's location on the river was perfect, allowing for easy transportation to the Iconsiam shopping center and other attractions.

As foreign tourists, we loved the rooms overlooking the river and the chair by the window for enjoying the view. The city view was amazing, especially at night with all the twinkling lights. The hotel is located in a riverside area with other top-end hotels, making it easy to explore and enjoy coffee, afternoon tea, or a meal. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed dining at the Thai restaurant in the hotel, where Thai dancers entertained us. The hotel's location was convenient, with a quick, inexpensive taxi ride to shopping areas and the river boat bus stop right below. There was even a complimentary boat service to various locations, including the sky train stop. The concierge staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. this was our 5th stay at the hotel and we absolutely love it!

We had a wonderful Easter getaway with my family at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great river view that was mesmerizing, especially at night with all the lights. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast at the club lounge was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and even the option to have eggs made to order.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The hotel lobby felt dated and in need of an upgrade.

I recently stayed at a five-star hotel along the river with great amenities. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable with a stunning view. The service was impeccable and the restaurant had a diverse menu, with a poolside snack bar also available. The pool area was luxurious with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas. The Spa & wellness center had excellent sauna, steam room and jacuzzi facilities with live entertainment.

The only negative aspect I encountered was that some places were far from the hotel, but the perks of this hotel made up for it. this venue fulfilled all my luxurious needs with exclusivity and privacy, through an exclusive in-room breakfast, special diet menus available and private facilities.

The hotel offered a great selection of amenities, including a lovely swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center. It was nice to have these options available during my stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. I was able to explore the city easily and conveniently.- One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and willing to assist with any requests or questions I had.

The hotel is perfectly situated right by the riverside, offering breathtaking views of the water. The proximity to the pier makes it incredibly convenient for accessing Iconsiam, a popular shopping destination. In the lounge, I enjoyed a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling bar area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with international plugs and reliable WiFi.

There is no kids club available, which could be a drawback for families traveling with children.

We stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel for our anniversary and were delighted by our experience. The staff went above and beyond, leaving a special cake in our room to celebrate our special occasion. The hotel's location on the river, opposite the shopping center, was excellent. We enjoyed the charming secluded garden pool, complete with peacocks. The friendly staff added to the overall positive atmosphere. The rooms and facilities were clean and the value for money was amazing. We had a great view of the city and river from our higher floor. Transportation was convenient with a ferry stop just outside and taxis readily available.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Upgraded to a suite with fantastic river views. Next to ICONSIAM and convenient ferry access to nearby piers. Excellent breakfast buffet with ample choices. Prompt resolution of minor issues. Spacious and uncrowded.

The breakfast buffet has Asian and Western chefs. There are two pools and a river view. The hotel offers a free boat shuttle to BTS station. Free parking available. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect and it's easy to use the river to get to many sites. The shuttle boat to the Iconsiam shopping center is just a few steps from the hotel. We recommend dining on the deck next to the river and enjoying the great view. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with different options.

The carpeting throughout the hotel was an issue, it was moldy and smelly at times.
