We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sala Phuket. The pool villa rooms were stunning, and the staff promptly resolved any issues that arose. The breakfast offered was the best we had in Thailand, and the food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the resort itself was beautiful. The staff treated us like royalty, and there were many included extras to make us feel well taken care of. We loved lounging by the pool, overlooking the ocean, and the beach was also gorgeous. a laid-back and relaxing holiday experience.

We stayed at this beautiful resort for a week and it was a truly memorable experience. The staff, especially Ms. Oh and her team, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beach was stunning and we enjoyed the option of having a vegetarian menu. The cocktails at the bar were delicious and the open-air bath, shower, and toilet on the balcony added a unique touch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the two pools were great for relaxation. The property had plenty of amenities and activities for both adults and children. The spa packages and cooking class were also highlights of our stay.

Nothing for me.

The resort had a peaceful and serene ambience, perfect for a getaway with your partner or family. the staff were friendly and professional. One of the best aspects was the poolside ambience, which was amazing. I also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the restaurant.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the bathroom setup was awkward, with the toilet, shower, and sink outside and no door.

Small peaceful resort close to the airport. Spacious 2 bedroom pool villa with open air showers and large pool. Good food options including scrumptious buffet breakfast. Facilities include pool, gym, spa, yoga classes and cooking classes. Friendly and professional staff made our stay memorable.

Stunning luxury property in a conservation area with a beautiful unspoiled beach and great waves. Boutique feel compared to other large resorts. Amazing breakfasts and thoughtful evening meals with under the stars movie nights. Fabulous and accommodating staff. Will be returning for a third time soon!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the airport. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Had an amazing Christmas experience at this resort! the pool villa was incredibly comfortable, with a unique outdoor bathroom. the staff were super friendly and always helpful. the hotel is beautifully located with lovely gardens and great architectural features. the main pool is set in beautiful gardens and the addition of free bikes to explore the area was a great bonus.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options on the evening menu. Also, the hotel is located quite far from popular attractions, so planning excursions can be a bit challenging.

The resort is of a manageable size compared to others on the island, resembling a Bali hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the pool, are fantastic. The chef, Tony, goes above and beyond to accommodate various dietary needs, creating delicious vegan meals. Can't wait to visit again.

The pool and beach were amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The restaurant staff could have been more friendly and sociable in their service. It would have been nice if they made more recommendations or engaged in small chats to help enhance the dining experience.

The facilities at this hotel are impressive, with a Bali-inspired design and a human-sized feel. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The pool and other amenities are amazing, and there is even a Thai boxing workshop for kids. Special mention to Chef Tony, who not only serves delicious food, but also makes guests feel at home. Vegan options were readily available, and the chef even prepared a special mashed vegetable dish for our baby. a great experience.
