From the moment I arrived, I was intrigued by the cleanliness and comfort of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The attentive staff offered great local dining suggestions, which added to my enjoyable stay. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. A quick fix to maintenance issues made for a hassle-free experience!

Unfortunately, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express was marred by several significant issues. The first room I was given had a funky smell, which was incredibly off-putting, and when I reported it, the front desk offered no solution. To make matters worse, I encountered numerous issues with the TV remote, having to request replacements multiple times before I finally resorted to buying my own universal remote just to watch TV. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of effective management of these problems.

My recent overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hope had its highs and lows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was quite delightful, with plenty of warm options. However, I faced some maintenance issues, including low sink water pressure and an AC that didn't quite cool efficiently. Great for a short stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, but I did notice some noise disturbances at night. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had warm options like scrambled eggs and bacon. Nearby, I found a nice golf course to unwind after a long day.

A nice place to stop during our road trip, the clean rooms and friendly staff were highlights. Breakfast options were plentiful, including a fun pancake maker. Unfortunately, we noticed some maintenance issues in the pool area, which affected our swim.
