The staff was helpful and nice. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with a view of the beach. Easily accessible with a motorbike rental.

The room was spotlessly clean and serviced impeccably each morning. The staff at reception were always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and just a short walk to the center of Chaweng. The bar area by the pool was relaxing and the service was excellent. We enjoyed being able to flip between the sea and the pool all day. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially in the morning. we had a great stay at Samui Natien Resort and would highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel is ideal for families with children. It is close enough to walk to the night life and restaurants, but far enough away not to be disturbed. You can easily choose a beach to relax on, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy any craving. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is amazing, with chefs ready to cook a delicious meal. Plus, the pool is a great place to cool off and relax.

The housekeeping needs to improve their services a bit.

The resort is conveniently located at the north end, away from the crowded main street of Samui. It offers direct access to a beautiful beach, where you can relax on their provided sunbeds. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and water replenished. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even offering late checkouts for a small fee. the buffet breakfast is satisfying, and the hotel has an infinity pool for guests to enjoy.

The Wi-Fi in the resort is unreliable, often dropping out.

Excellent location, close to nightlife but peaceful. Spacious room, comfy bed and decent bathroom. Great bar and restaurant with good happy hour deals. Detached villas with nice outdoor seating.

Had a fantastic new year vacation at a great value resort. the room was spacious and very clean. Loved the fact that we received fresh towels every day, even beach towels. the location was superb, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wifi was poor and kept dropping out. the variety of food could have been better.

Beachfront location, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a quiet atmosphere despite being on the main street. Conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and markets. Great value for money.
