Charming and just like on the photos. The room was tasteful and romantic, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spotless and well-decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were free snacks and drinks available in the lobby throughout the day. Despite some minor inconveniences - like the lack of a window in the room, or a small balcony - our stay at Si Phum Heritage Boutique was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and excellent service.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel just outside the city center in a great area called the "square. The room was beautifully decorated with clean and spacious interiors. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast spread was also a nice touch.

Spent Easter weekend at a charming vintage-style hotel. Was pleasantly surprised to find a water cooler available for refilling bottles and glass bottles provided in the rooms. Key location only a 15-minute walk from historical centre with good connections to other areas. Enjoyed the quietness of the hotel's location.

The street where the hotel is located is not aesthetically pleasing. You must cross a busy road to get to the old city, which can be inconvenient.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, you get more than what you pay for. Despite not being located in the "square," the hotel's location is still good, with the center being easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with basic amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom. Plus, the breakfast included is a nice bonus.
