Despite a few small drawbacks like finding a taxi and congestion on Sukhumvit road, we highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back. we had a fantastic experience.

The organization at this hotel was lacking. We had some trouble with the pick-up service from the airport and several meetings were postponed or forgotten.

The only minor issue I faced during my stay here was that the pillow was not as comfortable as I would have liked.
