Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The pool was great, with stunning views, and we enjoyed swimming there. The enormous rooms were very clean and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The location of the hotel was very central, making it easy for us to explore Bangkok. The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7-11, Starbucks, and Taco Bell nearby.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and they quickly helped us when we discovered blood on our sheets in the middle of the night. The breakfast was extensive and high-quality, but the breakfast room was a bit noisy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Indulged in retro classics at Bangkok'78, called a popsicle butler from my room, and enjoyed curated cocktails while taking in the cityscape at Horizon Pool. What a treat!

So disappointed there wasn't a unicorn butler to deliver my sweets.

Friendly and helpful staff, accommodated our late arrival and stored our luggage. Excellent pool and bar with great views. Comfortable room and exceptionally clean. Provided plenty of drinking water. Good selection at breakfast.
