The fitness room was nice, but mostly it was empty. the staff was friendly and welcoming during check-in and helped us with our luggage. the breakfast had some tasty items, and we especially enjoyed the rice soup. the hotel is located near a bustling area with music and food, and there was plenty to do.

Some of the gym equipment was difficult to use, and the adjustable chair was quite impractical. the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, and the bathroom door and the back wall were not up to par.

Lovely chicken stir fry, good breakfast range, immaculate hotel, convenient location, helpful receptionist, beautiful hotel view.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The receptionist was friendly. The hotel had a nice view of a paddy field. Two bicycles were provided. A cafe was located below the hotel. There were coffee tables outside the lobby, perfect for family or friends to chat.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even helped us change rooms for a better view. The room itself was clean and new, and we appreciated the warm-hearted service throughout our 5-day stay. The hotel also had a large ballroom that was perfect for our wedding banquet, and we were impressed by the efforts they put in to make our special day fabulous. The location of this place is also excellent, close to both the city center and the upcoming conference center. a thumbs up for this hotel!

The room at Siva Royal was incredibly clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern design and spaciousness. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, especially the Thai rice soup which was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, making it a convenient overnight stop. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and value.
