The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the beautiful beach to the stunning views, every moment felt like a dream. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I had no issues with parking or transportation, as everything was well-managed. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness during my stay. From the friendly waiters to the attentive lifeguards, their service was exceptional. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel provided a private check, in desk and VIP lounge for guests arriving by private plane, which made the arrival process smooth and efficient. the villas were made from natural materials, and the resort's commitment to the environment was evident throughout the stay. the resort offered amazing experiences for guests, such as a private cooking class and dining in a tree, top pod. the breakfast was peaceful and relaxing, with a wide selection of organic fruits and custom, made dishes. the Thai food served at Restaurant Benz was the best the reviewer has ever tasted. the resort seemed to be a perfect family destination, with a kids club that looked ideal for families.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the limited availability of sun loungers by the pool. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot to relax, especially during peak times. However, this did not greatly impact our overall experience and we were still able to enjoy the beautiful pool area.

The stay over New Year's was fantastic. the villas were beautifully designed and the outdoor showers were heavenly. the location was stunning, with a private beach just a quick buggy ride away and plenty of activities to try out. the food was diverse and flavorful, and the staff were cheerfully on point.

The facilities were showing their age, and the air conditioning in the rooms needed a few visits from maintenance. the menu was somewhat disappointing, with some dishes lacking the fresh and authentic flavor we were hoping for.
