We recently stayed at Best Western in Snowflake for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. The room was very clean and had a nice jetted tub. The lady who checked us in was super helpful and went above and beyond. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for exploring the area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a nice room and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to help a guest with a mobility issue.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with the addition of a microwave in the rooms to avoid overcrowding in the breakfast area.

At first glance, the location seemed perfect - close to everything we needed, and in areas higher than five feet, so we thought it would be quiet. The staff at check-in was courteous and checked us in promptly. The view from our room was good, and the room itself was spacious and clean. The bathroom had enough towels for us, and the shower worked well.

The breakfast area was a disappointment. What was supposed to be a 'hot breakfast' was just a cold buffet with stale bread and hard-boiled eggs.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were always willing to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

We were a few aspects of our stay. Firstly, the bath towels provided were quite small, which made it difficult to fully wrap ourselves in them.
