what a terrible disappointment! the restaurant was freezing—like, who wants to enjoy a meal in an icebox? plus, my shuttle was a disaster, overfull and late! i was hoping for some complimentary snacks as compensation, but no such luck! i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t! 270€ for this, seriously?

Had a great stay before my flight! The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient, and I loved how comfy the room was. I remember sipping coffee from the self-service station in the lobby at odd hours which really hit the spot. The staff were friendly and helped me with all my requests.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for a stopover it was acceptable.

The room lacked coffee making facilities and a fridge!!! A stained desk chair detracted from the cleanliness feel!!! Also, the lobby had limited tea bag options during early hours!!!

I almost expected a complimentary gift to compensate for these inconveniences, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. woudl ve been nice though.

The spacious, clean room was complemented by the cozy bar area and free 24/7 coffee machine. We slept great, far from airport noise.

Everything was clean and well organized. the hotel is super close to Schiphol airport with a free shuttle bus that makes getting there a breeze. The rooms have nice decor, making it feel modern and inviting.

Nothing to improve on.

The hotel was very comfortable for our family stay, with a nice hot beverage station in the lobby. We loved exploring the nearby Amsterdamse Bos, where we enjoyed activities like cycling and canoeing. The free shuttle service was incredibly convenient.

My kids wished there were more dining options for families.

I really enjoyed the fantastic family room layout with a smart TV that let us stream Disney+. The free breakfast for kids was a huge plus! The only drawback was the restaurant's pricey food, even though it was delicious.

my recent stay was delightful as the room felt way more luxurious than typical ibis styles, and it was a quick 25-minute stroll to both de poel and dr jac. p. thijssepark, perfect for enjoying a leisurely walk and taking in serene views of nature just outside the hustle of the city, which is why this hotel was a great pick for my weekend getaway.
