I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or issues I had. One staff member spoke impeccable English, making communication effortless. The hotel's location, just a few minutes away from the MRT station, was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel provided parking facilities for those with vehicles. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the modern amenities provided made my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a well-balanced selection, including both European and Thai options. The staff at breakfast, particularly Pat and Oat, were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

During my recent stay at Stay Hotel Bkk - Sha Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. When I had an issue with the plumbing in my room, it was quickly fixed the next day while I was out exploring the city. The staff also ensured that the safe and TV remote control were taken care of promptly when the batteries ran out on the first night.

New, clean hotel. Convenient location with 7/11 shop across the street and Metro station an 8-minute walk away. McDonald's and local food market on the way to Metro. Small, but nice room for a family. Very good service, quick response to calls and issues.

The breakfast was tasty and they offered complimentary bottled water, which was great for day trips. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a modern design and a refreshing indoor pool. It was also conveniently located near transportation and attractions.

the location wasn't the most ideal for those with mobility issues.
