The room was well-kept and immaculately clean, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring all my needs were met. Although breakfast was not included, there were plenty of nearby eateries to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The lack of a lift in the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ten Boutique House. The hotel was in a great location, close to some amazing restaurants and massage salons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with soft beds and good showers. I especially loved the fridge in the room and the daily cleaning service. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Chiang Mai.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in a brilliant location in Chiang Mai. It was set on a busy road, but surprisingly, I could hardly hear any noise from outside. The nearby temple didn't make a sound either, maybe it's not in use anymore. What I loved about the location was the smoothie stall just across the road. They served an amazing banana, peanut butter, and apple combo that made for a fantastic start to my day. The room itself was beautiful, with white linen, Thai fabric accents, and comfortable seating. The AC worked brilliantly, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
