As a tourist, I loved the spacious room with a stunning ocean view. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were excellent. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The sunset was breathtaking, and the sandy beach was beautiful. The massage I had at the spa was the best Thai massage I've ever experienced. I wish I had stayed longer at The Emerald Cove Koh Chang.

The hotel had a beautiful beachfront setting with a stunning view of the ocean. We loved the comfortable recliners where we could relax and enjoy the sea, which was only a short walk/swim away—around 200 meters. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the recently upgraded restaurant for breakfast provided a reasonable and enjoyable meal.

Stayed at The Emerald Cove for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The resort facilities were excellent, with a beautiful Hawaiian style and a great location right by the beach. The pool was fantastic and easily accessible. The attention to cleanliness and details in the room was outstanding, with fresh flowers, newspaper and fruits. The rates were amazing, especially during the rainy season. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. a fantastic resort that I hope to visit again one day.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront resort. The Hawaiian style decor and lush palm trees created a tropical paradise atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning pool that we couldn't get enough of. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby islands by kayak. this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Thailand.

The location was great, although we did need a motorbike to explore the area. The standout feature was the fantastic pool, which was about 50m long and can be used at night. We also loved the beach area, with its comfortable loungers and calm sea. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again.

Noisy room, disappointing food, lack of breakfast choice, poor seafood buffet, bad meal and service, slow response from staff and insulting discount. Charged twice, unclean room, constant ceiling fan, Christmas music at breakfast.

We loved the beautiful hotel, especially the huge pool. The jacuzzi was more like a regular pool, but still enjoyable. The beach and swimming pool were great amenities, and we appreciated being near restaurants and shops. The location made it easy to go anywhere.

During my recent stay at Emerald Cove, I was blown away by the stunning pool area. Just like in the pictures, the pool was truly amazing and provided the perfect spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The comfortable loungers added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as some wear and tear in the bathrooms and the occasional bug problem, the pool area was definitely the highlight of my stay. The staff also provided excellent service, ensuring that my time at the pool was enjoyable and hassle-free.
