we loved our stay at Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya. the modern room design and private pool were perfect for our kids. Warm water in the pool would be a nice addition for more comfort. the staff was friendly, and the resort offered quality facilities like two fitness centers and onsen baths. the buffet breakfast was average but had delicious coffee. the overall experience was fantastic, and we will definitely return for another visit.

I had a fantastic stay at Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus. The surroundings were beautiful, and the one-bedroom villa I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Every day, I received complimentary water and a mini-bar with snacks and drinks. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centers, were well-maintained. The staff, from reception to room service, were friendly and helpful.

Service was top-notch - staff was friendly, professional and always ready to assist. the outdoor swimming pool, spa and sauna were exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the room was spacious and equipped with high-end features. the hotel’s garden area, sun loungers and poolside snack bar provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel's location is slightly remote, which can be inconvenient for those who wish to explore the surrounding area. Nevertheless, we consider this a minor issue as the hotel provides transportation services that are reliable and efficient.

During our Easter break, we had an amazing time at this hotel resort. the first thing we loved was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. To start with, the two complementary restaurants were a great addition, and the food was delicious. the location was ideal as it was close to many tourist attractions and shopping malls.

The only thing we disliked about this hotel was the remote location. Unfortunately, it was necessary to take a taxi every time we wanted to get out.
