the modern room design and private pool were perfect for our kids. Warm water in the pool would be a nice addition for more comfort. the staff was friendly, and the resort offered quality facilities like two fitness centers and onsen baths. the buffet breakfast was average but had delicious coffee. the overall experience was fantastic, and we will definitely return for another visit.

During my business trip to Nong Prue, our director chose Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya as our accommodation, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. the villa provided a range of wellness facilities, including a sauna and a hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. I particularly enjoyed some rest and relaxation at the Spa at Club Amethyst, the onsite spa, which offered a tranquil sanctuary. the pool was a great place to stay, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the presence of a large number of staff and security around made me feel safe and well-taken care of. the staff were like angels, ensuring our every need was met promptly and with a smile.

Preparations of the villa could have been better, as there were some oversights such as not enough mosquito plugs in the rooms upon check-in and a cold pool that was not ideal for swimming.

I had a fantastic stay at Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus. The surroundings were beautiful, and the one-bedroom villa I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Every day, I received complimentary water and a mini-bar with snacks and drinks. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centers, were well-maintained. The staff, from reception to room service, were friendly and helpful.

During our Easter break, we had an amazing time at this hotel resort. the first thing we loved was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. To start with, the two complementary restaurants were a great addition, and the food was delicious. the location was ideal as it was close to many tourist attractions and shopping malls.

The only thing we disliked about this hotel was the remote location. Unfortunately, it was necessary to take a taxi every time we wanted to get out.

Additionally, the hotel offers unique amenities such as scooters and two gyms for added convenience.

The hotel is not within walking distance of any shops or restaurants, which means guests will need to rely on taxis or transportation apps for meals or entertainment.
