I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Bangkok. the location was perfect for exploring all the attractions of Old Bangkok. It was close to all the sites I wanted to visit, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request I had. The service was excellent and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the room was comfortable and clean, with two single beds instead of the double bed I requested. It was a nice touch to have breakfast included, and the food was delicious.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the clean rooms. The location was also a plus, being close to major temples and attractions. we enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room.

We were disappointed by the lack of hospitality and unfriendly staff. The noise from the air conditioning unit made it difficult to sleep at night and ruined our experience.
