I recently stayed at The Rim for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, with a gorgeous pool and well-decorated rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even allowing me to check in early. They spoke excellent English and were always attentive to my needs. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the Thai dishes that my wife loved. The comfortable bed and balcony with a pool view were definite highlights. Plus, the free nightly shuttles and airport transfer made getting around a breeze. a five-star experience at a great price.

During our backpacking trip, we were fortunate to stumble upon a little gem just at the edge of the old city in Chiang Mai. The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites and experiencing the local culture. We were delighted to find ourselves close to the "better" temples and surrounded by plenty of options for delicious food and shopping. The rooms were spacious with balconies, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff provided impeccable service, making us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast spread was great, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. we were impressed by the wonderful facilities and advantages this hotel had to offer.

One thing we noticed was that some shared areas could use a bit of sprucing up, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

The hotel offers a complete breakfast with Western style food and traditional Thai food. the interior is cozy with an Asian decor. the staff is friendly and helpful. the location is strategic, near the city center and easily accessible by tuk-tuk.

The rooms can be slightly darker due to the design of the building, but this provides necessary shade from the hot sun. the pool could be slightly bigger, but it's not a deal-breaker for those who enjoy peaceful surroundings.
