the hotel was nice, but my outdoor jacuzzi suite greeted me with a muddy pool and poor shower pressure, hardly five-star. i expected a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences, but apparently, that's just too much to ask. breakfast was a shameful rush to find shade, leaving me no choice but to bake in the sun.

the night life featured local dj and fire dancers which was really entertaining. beach had sharp glass pieces, be cautious.

I particularly liked the spa offerings but wished there were more vegetarian options. One evening, I met some interesting people while having dinner. The atmosphere was enjoyable and energetic. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I appreciated the water taxi service but had to prebook it sometimes for convenience.

The outdoor activities were fantastic! We enjoyed kayaking and biking around the resort with our teens. The pools were a hit, especially the slides. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the kids loved the buffet options every night.

Comfortable room, lovely beach, with easy access to the private jetty for seamless transfers and a welcoming outdoor swimming pool to relax by after a day of exploration.

we had a great time at barcelo coconut island. the location was lovely and close to the boat transfer that made check-in easy. the food and drinks were fantastic, especially at the beach club. the hot stone massage at the spa was amazing and truly relaxing! the staff was always friendly and very accommodating.

barcelo coconut island is a dream getaway! located near a long pier with rustic wooden arches that light up beautifully at night, it’s serene and stunning. the garden suite with a jacuzzi was super cozy and clean. i loved how attentive joy, our waitress, was, always checking on my back and ensuring i was okay. the spa treatments were so relaxing too!
