It is also in close proximity to the onsen area, allowing guests to indulge in the local hot springs with ease. In addition, the hotel is situated in front of the station, providing convenient access for those traveling by train.

The rooms are on the smaller side, which may pose a challenge for guests with larger suitcases.

The hotel provides a buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price and its location is well situated to access transportation services. the staff were polite and accommodating.

The hotel's onsen facilities were limited, with only two small onsens available, one indoor with a strong smell of bleach and the other of limited size. the hotel parking was also a bit of a challenge, with the lot frequently full and some spaces unnecessarily reserved.

Our recent stay at Nishitetsu was fantastic. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the onsen was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options at a great price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout. I highly recommend Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu for a wonderful stay in Beppu.

Hard bed, well-designed small onsen, amenities provided. 10 min walk from JR station, bus terminal nearby. Reasonable price, professional feel, newly upgraded. Nice hotspring, great breakfast for 500yen. we really liked it.

The hotel is a great value for the price! The location is perfect for visiting the onsen area and it's within walking distance from JR Beppu station. The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail. Our room had nice decor and everything we needed including a comfortable small double bed. Breakfast offered many options, with delicious Japanese food and fresh bread.

I got great value for my money at Nishitetsu! The room may have been small, but it was well-equipped and had plenty of shelves for my luggage. The location was perfect, with major bus stops right next to the hotel and the train station just a short walk away. The staff treated me very well, and I even got a high-floor room with a beautiful sea view as I requested. The onsen exceeded my expectations!

Food for breakfast could have been better.
