Location was fab, right next to Hollywood Bowl! The room was tidy and quite comfy for a night. Plus, free parking is always a win!

The bed creaked like it was auditioning for a horror film. And don't even get me started on the lack of a decent meal spot—what a letdown!

My stay was marred by several issues, starting with the hard bed, which led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, I encountered a strong burning smell in the room on the second night that made it difficult to relax. Despite these setbacks, I found the staff to be friendly, yet I expected more proactive service in addressing my concerns.

The staff were super friendly! They even went out of their way to provide me with cutlery for takeout food, really appreciated that. The gym was basic but had everything I needed to keep fit during my stay.

It wasn’t cheap but still within reason for the area and service I received.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is just a short walk to the Ozone Leisure Park's multiplex cinema and bowling alley, perfect for some fun evenings. We also enjoyed nearby golf at Frilford Heath Golf Club. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, making our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend checking it out!

hampton was fantastic! the queen room with a sofa bed was spotless and had everything we needed. the staff were super friendly and welcomed us with treats after our long drive. it’s just a 5-minute walk to the multiplex cinema and various restaurants, making it super convenient.
