The spacious rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom amenities, including toothpaste and brushes, are a nice touch. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious options, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

One negative aspect is that the lifts can be slow at times.

The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, and the facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful flower arrangement in the lobby. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a corner suite.

We stayed at the Tower Club and were impressed with the amazing views from our suite. The breakfast buffet had an extraordinary selection. we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

I recently stayed at Tower Club in Bangkok for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to the bar staff to the room service team. The club lounge offered unlimited snacks, food, and drinks throughout the day, with a wide selection of options. The views from the lounge and the rooms were absolutely stunning. The bathroom and bathroom products were of top-notch quality. it was a fantastic stay.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities provided were unparalleled to any other hotel I have stayed in. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a wide range of treatments. the sun terrace was simply divine with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, which were also visible from the outdoor swimming pool. the private facilities in the room were exceptional.

The only minor issue I had was with the lift waiting time. Sometimes it can get very irritating and can take up to 20-30 minutes, but this was a small price to pay for all the other exceptional services provided.

The free breakfast had a good selection of food and the room had a nice view. the location was convenient for getting around the city.

The staff constantly tried to sell the hotel's expensive restaurants and bars, and gave us inaccurate information about nearby attractions. the rooftop bar was overpriced and felt like a trap, with no mention of prices in the room and staff who felt manipulative.
