We only stayed a night as we were travelling - we wish we had stayed longer! The hotel was beautiful, the staff lovely, breakfast delicious. York was the most fun we had on our holiday with amazing shops, restaurants, and pubs. We absolutely love it, want to come back, and can highly recommend staying here!

our recent stay in york was truly memorable, but staying at this hotel took it to another level. the friendly staff, beautifully decorated terrace room, and perfect location made it a dream holiday come true. we especially loved the lovely breakfast served every morning.

bathroom amenities lacking, only had multipurpose liquid soap

had an amazing stay in york, and Judge'S Lodging topped it off! loved the character, central location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast with fresh produce. the room was comfy, and the bathroom had a clever design. the fresh milk on check in was a nice touch. definitely recommend!

Upon entering the hotel, I was amazed by the luxurious decor. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, such as a private terrace and garden area. the staff provided excellent service and delivered an exceptional in-room breakfast. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas had a variety of options and provided delicious meals. the location had its advantages - a central location made exploring the local area easy.

Ground-level access and clean rooms with excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, and luggage storage available. Cozy atmosphere and reliable wifi.

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel that was conveniently located in the heart of the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a heated floor that was perfect for my spinal issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all of York's many attractions.

The location was great - easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated the complementary wifi and the daily room cleaning service. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of food and drink.

The room was not up to par. the bedding was old and dingy, the walls were thin so we could hear everything that was going on outside, and the bathroom was small and cramped.

During my Easter getaway, I had a very enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel. the room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the hotel's location was a definite highlight, as it was conveniently situated near the main attractions and within walking distance of the train station. I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even putting a birthday card and a complimentary bottle of fizz in our room for my mum's celebration. the rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with all major attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

the proximity of some rooms to the bar kitchen resulted in a lingering smell, which could be bothersome if you're sensitive to fried food or meat. the noise from the extractor fan was audible until late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
