The facilities provided, such as a large fridge, microwave, and access to a washing machine and dryer, add to the convenience and value for money.

The hotel decor and overall ambiance could be more modern and updated.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shopping malls and the old city center. I also appreciated the self-serve laundry facility on-site, which made it convenient for us to clean our clothes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and a microwave that came in handy.

The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, which could be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. However, this was the only negative aspect of the hotel and didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

We had a lovely stay at a place in Chiang Mai. the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of her way to assist us multiple times. She provided great advice on where to go and how much to pay. the accommodation was very clean and secure. It was located just a short ride from the center of Chiang Mai, costing only 40-60 baht. There were also many attractions nearby, such as the amazing zoo, a fantastic Thai restaurant, and local shops. We found this place to be great value for money, perfect for anyone wanting to explore the area without needing a luxury resort.
