The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the night bazaar and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of light and great views. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food options.

Some guests reported issues with ants in the rooms and occasional water pump problems.

Our weekend stay was fantastic! the beds were super comfy and the rooms were modern and clean. What we loved most were the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel's beautiful garden was a lovely spot for a morning stroll.

The location. We had to take a relatively long taxi ride to reach the main tourist attractions and city center.

Good This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, from the exclusive room advantages to the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool. the pristine gardens and beach umbrellas added to the venue's tranquil atmosphere. the restaurant was exquisite, offering in-room breakfast and delightful special diet menus.

Cons the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of private facilities. this did not detract from our overall exceptional experience.

During my stay at Wintree City Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The highlight of my stay was when the staff surprised me with complimentary halal food dishes, even after I had checked out. This thoughtful gesture made me feel valued as a guest and exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a nice decor. Despite some minor housekeeping issues, I still enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would consider staying there again. I highly recommend Wintree City Resort.
