This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it easy for our family with two small kids to enjoy some fun in the sun. Despite being in a busy area, it still offers a peaceful atmosphere. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with access to the pool right from our porch. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for both Western and Asian preferences. We also loved that we could use the facilities at the sister hotel across the street.

The noise from the transformer engine in the upper level of one of the rooms was quite bothersome, even though we moved to a different room.

Everything was fantastic.

The room design was unique with a great pool view and comfortable bed. It was also convenient to have a mini-fridge and free Wi-Fi offered in the room. the hotel was located in a peaceful area, but it was still easy to access other parts of the city via public transportation.

The service at the hotel left much to be desired. the staff lacked friendliness and weren't helpful when asked questions.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide range of delicious food and drinks.

The swimming pool area was overcrowded, and the outdoor swimming pool was a bit small.

The pool windows in the floor were such a unique and exciting feature. It was amazing to be able to step out onto the porch and plunge straight into the pool. The design of the hotel was modern and stylish. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave a true sense of Pattaya. The facilities and beach access at the sister hotel, The Zign, were a great bonus.
