Our room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay, as everything was taken care of by the attentive staff. Highly recommend using the complimentary bikes to explore the city. our stay at Kimpton was great.

Large stylish rooms & bathrooms, good for the price. Great location near restaurants, and easy to walk to local attractions. Enjoyable 'wine hour' with complimentary wine or sangria between 5-6pm. Tea/coffee available early morning. Laundromat nearby for guests needing laundry services.

I recently took advantage of the special "3rd day free" offer at Kimpton and had an amazing stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Dupont Circle, museums, restaurants, and public transportation. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a handicap accessible roll-in shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were lovely. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Kimpton and would highly recommend it.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even surprised us with a special birthday treat. The rooms were large and clean, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the important museums and places of interest, such as the White House and Washington Monument. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance or a short ride. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations and tips for getting around.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel’s location was perfect for my trip — everything I wanted to see was close by. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of counter space. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of hot and cold items. The complementary coffee in the lobby was a nice extra touch. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.

The gym was small and crowded at peak times, but it was still functional.

We had a great experience staying here! It's located in a lovely quiet area near Embassy Row, which made exploring very easy. The staff at the reception desk were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities. We loved the game room and spent a lot of time playing board games there. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus!

Who needs a properly functioning TV or a clean bathroom anyway? It's all part of the charm, right?

As a couple, we absolutely loved the swanky red décor and cool fixtures, giving the hotel a jazzy vibe. The staff, especially Jennifer, were amazing and genuinely wanted our stay to be great. The large king size suite was comfortable and the modern, chic décor was a refreshing change. We were pleasantly surprised by the special 'happy anniversary treat' in our room.

We felt very cared for, and there was no reason to complain.

We had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Banneker Hotel! the modern, relaxed vibe was perfect for a relaxing getaway. the friendly and helpful staff, including Emma at the front desk and Josie Forde, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our spacious and clean room offered a great view, and we had no trouble finding walking areas for our dog. the complimentary wine happy hour was a nice touch, and the breakfast at the restaurant was superb. the manager and our waiter made my daughter feel special with a surprise treat. We can't wait to come back!

Almost perfect! 🙌 the air conditioning didn't quite cool the room to our desired temperature, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the White House and the Mall. Also, a Whole Foods nearby was great. Nice neighborhood. The 4 people room at a central location was a good deal.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We received complimentary coffee and wine which was a nice touch. the location was convenient and had a great view of the city skyline.

We also had issues with mosquito bites in our room. the parking situation was difficult and unsafe, with a warning from a local to clear out our car or risk having it broken into.

Had a fantastic experience at the Rouge - a truly beautiful and spacious room. It was a quiet and cool sanctuary, especially during a DC heatwave. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the housekeepers maintained it impeccably every day. the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries or requests. They were polite, always had a smile on their faces, and had great knowledge of the area, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and tips for using the metro. the hotel's happy hour at 5 was a lovely touch, offering a chance for solo travelers to engage in conversation. the Rouge's location was also convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the metro, with access to multiple lines. Nearby, there were plenty of dining options, including a great espresso place.
