staying at tanoa was awesome, from the warm check-in to the satisfying dinner. the friendly staff made our experience memorable. kids enjoyed the pool while we dined, and the buffet breakfast was a great start to our day. the rooms were cozy, with working air conditioning, and the location near the waterfront was convenient. overall, a fantastic stay!

Amazing customer service. When we had an issue with the kettle in our room, the staff responded promptly and brought us a new one. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. The food was also good, with reasonable prices at the bar. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

My stay at Tanoa was for leisure, and I spent a few relaxing days there. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the pool area was a tranquil spot to unwind, surrounded by lush greenery with fresh herbs and vegetables growing on the grounds. the room was clean and decorated with beautiful local art. the shower provided satisfying water temperature and pressure, and the WiFi worked well.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the beach and close to the centre of Nuku'alofa. We could easily walk to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily service and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, perfect to start the day.

The restaurant staff could have been more attentive and the lunch menu lacked variety and quality.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, as it was close to the town centre and the ferry terminal. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and happy, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The pool was amazing, with a great size and depth. We spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and enjoying the sun. Moreover, the hotel offered excellent services, including room service, laundry, and airport shuttle. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and convenient stay!

What a fantastic experience my family and I had during our Thanksgiving stay! Two things that stood out were the incredibly helpful staff and the breathtaking ocean views from our room. the location was just perfect, as we were able to enjoy nearby shops, cafes, and markets, all within walking distance. We were also pleasantly surprised to have access to a lovely swimming pool and an outdoor bar area.

The room's cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair and dirt scattered around. the wifi was quite difficult to connect to and stay connected to, which made it tough to communicate with loved ones back home.
