Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and efficient reception supervisor named Taysser. He made the check-in experience very smooth. Throughout my stay, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, a wide variety of TV channels, and a luxurious bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet served at the hotel was also exceptional. The Four Seasons Hotel Tunis exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the friendly staff.

There is a room lighting issue that needs to be addressed, as it is disappointing in all public areas and especially the landscaping.

I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. there was a miscommunication regarding my airport transfer.

The service at Four Seasons was exceptional. When we arrived, they had not included our pre-booked airport transfer in their agenda. However, they quickly rectified the situation and arranged a limousine for us. The front desk operators were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

The hotel had a luxurious feel and beautiful decoration. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They gave us complementary bubbly and a fruit basket as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sea and close to some great restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture.

On the downside, we found that the hotel was overpriced and the food was mediocre. , there was too much noise from other guests, especially during the Christmas period when children were running around and being loud in the hotel corridors.
