We had an unforgettable time at this resort. The moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff, especially Mr. Khaled, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. The kids club provided a wide range of activities that kept our daughter entertained throughout our stay. The beach and swimming pool were clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with stunning views and three pristine swimming pools. The restaurant provides delicious meals and the wait staff is friendly and efficient.

Nothing to dislike.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a great time at this hotel. the place is huge, has beautiful landscapes and pools, and a high-quality staff service. the waiters at the restaurant were amazing, very polite, and professional. the activities were engaging, and the pools were close to each other, ideal for young kids. the hotel location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions outside the hotel.

The hotel lacked some essential details that could enhance customers' experience. the lack of an espresso machine in the room, beds, and towels not changed daily, and slow service caused some inconvenience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exclusive services. the spa center was a true sanctuary, offering various body scrub and wrap treatments, as well as beauty services like waxing and facials. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were easily accessible from the hotel, while the live entertainment and seasonal outdoor pool kept us entertained all day.

The only minor aspect to note is the limited dining options during dinner. While the restaurant and snack bar offered delicious food, the special diet menus were limited and lacked variety.
