Renovated rooms with nice decors, balcony, and all necessary appliances. Nice room service menu with fair prices and quick service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with hotel facilities and indoor pool. Nice breakfast and extremely polite staff.

Impressive Experience at Sheraton Tunis

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sheraton Tunis. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe with the thorough security measures. The check-in process was smooth, and as an Ambassador member, we were upgraded to a spacious suite with thoughtful gifts. The gym and pool were exceptional, with state-of-the-art equipment and relaxing features. The lounge offered a great selection of drinks, and the staff made us feel welcome and remembered our preferences. The breakfast downstairs was delicious, with a variety of local dishes and a cooked-to-order station. Although we opted to dine at nearby restaurants, the hotel could improve its dinner options. Despite this minor setback, our overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's appearance is attractive, both inside and out. The reception and bar are satisfactory. The room and bathroom are adequately lit. The shower and marble are clean. The mini bar is available. The hotel grounds are well-maintained. The front desk staff are courteous. The internet connection is accessible. The hotel is reasonably priced. Suitable for business travelers and diplomats.

The hotel where I spent my last Christmas break was quite impressive. the indoor pool was heated and had whirlpools that added to my relaxation time. Club lounge provided a good selection in breakfast and happy hour, which was great for me as the hotel was located far away from the city center. Another advantage that I enjoyed was that the hotel was surrounded by a beautiful garden and outdoor pools that provided a refreshing view.

While the hotel had a lot of positive aspects, there were a few negative things that stood out. Checking in and out was slow and inefficient, taking about 10 minutes each time.

This hotel is truly luxurious! From the exclusive amenities to the private facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. the Spa & Wellness Centre was our favorite spot with its indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and various massages and treatments available. the Turkish bath and steam room were also fantastic. the sun terrace by the seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and the garden area was beautifully maintained. the bar/lounge area served great drinks and there were special menus for those with dietary restrictions.

the service in the Spa Lounge could have been better.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the great location near the airport and downtown. The facilities were very nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Special thanks to Mouna and the rest of the team for their exceptional service. The hotel also provided good WiFi and reasonably priced buffet meals in the international restaurant. Transportation to and from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
