The hotel had a beautiful pool and amazing scenery. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was ideal with plenty of local shops nearby.

The staff was not friendly and was unhelpful when we had issues with our room. The food was not good - we were disappointed with the options available. it was not a great experience for our Easter vacation.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, making sure that our every need was fulfilled. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The outdoor areas were beautiful and the spa centre was very relaxing. The dinner was delicious, the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the special diet menus were a great touch. The location advantages made it easy to explore the area.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The night club was a bit noisy at times, but it did not affect our sleep. we had a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Quick check-in, friendly and professional staff, clean rooms and facilities, great atmosphere at the Mahhall bar with live entertainment, enjoyable outdoor pools. Planning to visit for the third time!
