The staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. They offered a free shuttle to Urgup, which was convenient. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent, with a great selection of food prepared in style in front of guests. The breakfast, although not a buffet, offered a wide range of delicious Turkish and Azerbaijani cuisine. The resort had elegant electric cars for transportation and a mini zoo for kids.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Special shoutout to Nazha for the fantastic tour of the coffee museum. The breakfast was amazing, and the location offered a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the busy tourist areas. we highly recommend this hotel.
