The Westin exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary Granny Smith apples, bottled water, and hot chocolate in the lobby were a delightful touch. The pool and hot tub provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Despite a minor inconvenience with the bar fridge, the repair was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and sparkling clean with impressive elevators that were incredibly fast. They provided a crib immediately upon request, which was perfect for our little one. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. Location-wise, it was close to the Boston conference center, the beautiful waterfront, and convenient public transport options.

New Year's stay didn't meet my expectations. However, two complementary facts helped ease the disappointment. The key location close to the seaport was excellent for waterfront experiences. The 24-hour gym access was also great for throwing in a workout after a long night of partying. Best of all, the bed was comfortable and perfect for post-celebration sleep.

The worst aspects of my stay were hard to ignore. A constant foul odor from the bathroom made me resort to using facilities in public areas. The heating system was a nightmare, and I alternatively felt too hot or too cold. Finally, the hotel charged an arm and a leg for lack of service. A truly disappointing stay.

During my stay here, I was impressed by the convenient location to the convention center and other Boston attractions. The room service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were kind enough to accommodate us when we had trouble accessing our vehicle. Additionally, the hotel amenities provided a lot of value, such as a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even live entertainment.

The bed sheets and blanket were uncomfortable, causing skin allergies. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a letdown, with dirty hallways, elevators, and bathrooms. Additionally, the understaffing in the restaurants resulted in rude service and a lack of available seating. a disappointing experience.

The hotel offers great value for money and has comfortable rooms with 2 double beds, perfect for families with children. I also enjoyed the waterfront view from my room and the location's proximity to the Boston Convention Center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The hotel is located in a buzzing Seaport area that is very helpful for sightseeing and is close to the Exhibition Centre for convenience. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean with modern luxuries. The staff is courteous and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The breakfast is delicious, and there are numerous places to eat, with no waiting time whatsoever. The facilities and lounges are a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.
