The rooms were super clean and spacious. I loved the comfy bed and nice towels. The staff were really quick to help us out, especially when we had issues with the coffee maker and comforter. The only thing was the fridge situation—it was more of a wine cooler than a real fridge, which didn’t work for our meds.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to the Boston convention center. The staff provided top-notch service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the room service and the efficient housekeeping. The amenities in the room were impressive, including the ironing facilities and the mini-bar. I also took advantage of the in-room dining service, which was excellent. One highlight was the leisure facilities, as I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The live entertainment in the garden area was a nice touch, adding to the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in South Boston. The location was perfect, as we were just a short distance away from the Waterfront and the convention center. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who promptly delivered a fan to our room. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness room and a relaxing indoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the waterfront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards my kids. They even surprised them with a gift bag filled with Boston themed books and water bottles. It made our stay feel extra special. Plus, the hotel's location was convenient for our volleyball tournament, as there was an indoor walkway connecting it to the Convention Center.

The only thing that could've been better was the breakfast menu. It would have been nice to have more variety and options to choose from.

The Westin exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary Granny Smith apples, bottled water, and hot chocolate in the lobby were a delightful touch. The pool and hot tub provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Despite a minor inconvenience with the bar fridge, the repair was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a business conference, and loved the close proximity to the convention center. The open lobby with the mezzanine above gave it a regal vibe. Despite being in the new part of town, it was just a short walk to the waterfront and a quick bike ride to downtown. The fitness room was great, and while the pool was a little cooler than expected, it was still enjoyable. Starbucks on-site was convenient, and the food at the pub was delicious. Great value for what the hotel offers. Excellent service from the check-in gentleman and the concierge assistant who helped with dinner plans. And of course, the Heavenly Bed was super comfortable!

Gorgeous hotel near Seaport District and Children's Museum with plenty of nearby restaurants. Easy 20-minute walk to downtown Boston. Clean room with comfortable bed, excellent food, well-equipped fitness center, and welcoming staff. Convenient location next to Convention Center and Waterfront, only 15 minutes from the airport.

The hotel was beautiful and sparkling clean with impressive elevators that were incredibly fast. They provided a crib immediately upon request, which was perfect for our little one. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. Location-wise, it was close to the Boston conference center, the beautiful waterfront, and convenient public transport options.

I loved the location of the hotel and how easy it was to get there. The lobby bar was excellent and the breakfast was very good, even though a bit overpriced. I would definitely stay here again.
