Amazing Balloon Spotting and Friendly Staff

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel with the perfect rooftop for watching the balloons in the morning and incredibly friendly staff who helped with all our needs. the only downside was the inconvenient bathroom layout and lack of safety features in certain areas of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room and toilet were spacious. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still very close to local restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel had great facilities, including a rooftop where I could capture amazing pictures of the hot air balloons.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a key advantage, as it was in a quiet and calm area, yet still within a short walking distance to the village center.

There were a few areas of improvement that could have enhanced my experience. the room could have been cleaner as there was still some dust and powder in certain areas.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the view of the balloons was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also perfect, being close to the main city and offering easy access to all the attractions. the owner's dog was adorable and a delightful addition to our breakfasts.

The hotel was still under construction during our stay, with dust and powder everywhere, even in the bedrooms. The room lacked necessary furniture, such as a place to hang clothes, and the cleaning service was inconsistent.
