The resort's facilities are simply jaw, dropping, from the revamped pool to the tranquil gardens. the kids adored the spacious units and had a BLAST exploring the grounds. the visible cleaning procedures reassured me of a well, maintained environment, making our stay super enjoyable. the laser night was a fantastic surprise, adding a fun touch to our experience. While there were minor cleanliness issues due to hired cleaners, the staff were understanding. a mind, blowing stay with great amenities for families.

We spent Christmas in a hotel near the beach. the complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour were a nice touch. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful beaches and pleasant weather.

The room was not up to our expectations. the lack of air flow made the room very hot and uncomfortable.
