The location was excellent, close to tramways. The hotel staff were very hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The hotel manager even booked us a room for a few extra nights without hesitation when we had issues with our flight. They offer full breakfast every morning and a lovely dinner every night. The daily housekeeping was great and the bed was large and very comfortable. The staff in the cafeteria were lovely and friendly. a wonderful hotel with helpful and polite staff. Definitely recommend!

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our 7-day stay. the reception manager was always available to answer any questions we had, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. the hotel was clean and located in a great area, just a short walk from the tramway station. We appreciated the AC in the rooms and the fact that they were equipped with a fridge. the front manager was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier.

Excellent location near tramway line, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Osman, the reservation manager. Managers Mr. Salim and Mr. Ilker, as well as receptionist staff Mr. özcan, provided great service. Looking forward to visiting again.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast buffet with great variety and even a special omelette on offer. Free coffee and tea available all day and discounted airport transfers through accommodating staff. This hotel is in the perfect location, right by the metro stop and close to the Tramway Station, with great nearby restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all necessary facilities, including fridge and hairdryer. The breakfast has a good variety of food, including Turkish honey, sausage, cheese, and stewed vegetables. The staff is helpful and fulfills all requests, including shampoo provision and changing towels.

The sound isolation is not great.
