Great value for money with a clean and cozy room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had the most fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of the most beautiful village in the Cotswolds. The hotel itself was absolutely charming, with its quaint and trendy furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the management. They even went above and beyond by keeping my champagne chilled after I checked out. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable bed, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I also loved the terrace and garden area outside, perfect for enjoying a drink or just relaxing.

Lovely rooms. The showers were amazing and the location was great.

We were initially assigned room 10 in the coach house, which was lovely and modern. However, there was a noisy outside door next to the room that was constantly being opened and closed at all hours of the night.

The complementary breakfast was alright and the location was good - close to some tourist spots. there was a pretty view from the room window that we enjoyed.

The room was quite dirty and unpleasant looking with hair left over from the previous occupants. It also looked like it needed renovations and repairs.

I recently stayed at The Dial House for a weekend getaway with my Mom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even upgrading our room when I mentioned our situation. The breakfast was fantastic and the bar and restaurant areas had a charming, old-world charm. The location was excellent, with plenty of activities and restaurants within a short walk. The beautiful setting and friendly staff made our stay memorable.

I do recommend this hotel.
