The hotel is conveniently located super close to the bus station, making it easy to find and access. It is also right in the historic center of town, so you can easily explore all the major attractions on foot. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby for delicious dinners.

Due to current conditions, the hotel was not as busy as it used to be.

The hotel was a great value for the price, with affordable rates and basic amenities. The location near the center of Selçuk made it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. The staff were friendly and offered helpful information about local activities. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a nice patio facing a fruit garden, as well as the breakfast with an icy beer on the water.

All was well, just a minor inconvenience with the location.

The rooms were a bit cramped and lacked proper ventilation. the noise from nearby streets and other rooms could be heard easily, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

During my stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast in their beautifully decorated courtyard. The host prepared scrambled eggs and omelettes, which were both absolutely delicious. In addition, there was a selection of bread, cheese, cereal, fruit. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to Ephesus and Sirince, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

One drawback I experienced during my stay was the cold temperature in February. Although the owner upgraded us to a warmer room and provided an electric heater, the cold air easily entered the room through the holes.

Nicely reconstructed old house, room with patio facing fruit garden, spotlessly clean, great breakfast with homemade pastry and fruit from garden, helpful owner. Wonderful help, simple and fresh breakfast, clean and great condition.
