Arriving late at night, I was initially given a room on the reception level, but the next morning, the reception team kindly moved me to a stunning room on the 5th floor with a sea view. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the entire hotel was well-maintained. Despite language barriers, the staff showed such warmth and hospitality. Although most guests were not English-speaking, we managed to communicate with smiles and gestures. The food was good and the service was friendly. The beach was beautiful and the warm water was a treat. The cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service really stood out for me.

The hotel staff is attentive, friendly, and multilingual. The location is great with sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. The food is delicious and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

I stayed at Annabella Diamond for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The staff, especially Anastasya, were friendly and helpful. The variety of food offered, including local Turkish dishes and Western options, was impressive. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with nice pool views. The location was convenient, with shops nearby. The restaurant had a great selection of delicious meals, and the bar service was exceptional.

The housekeeping service was not consistent, as the room was not cleaned daily and requests for repairs were ignored. The internet connection was slow, and toiletries were not always refilled.

The swimming pool had slides that were perfect for children. The beach was sandy and the sea had a gently sloping shore. The food was delicious and varied throughout the week. We also appreciated the nearby commercial area with its shops, restaurants, and pharmacy, where we could book various activities.

Likes or Best aspects: During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the two on-site bars that were available. It was great to have multiple options for grabbing a drink and socializing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key - being just a short walk away from the beach made it easy to enjoy the beautiful weather and take a refreshing swim. Another advantage that I loved was the helpful and kind staff. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions and made my stay more enjoyable.

Dislikes or Worst aspects: One thing that I disliked about my stay was the lack of variety in the cocktails.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the beach, which allowed me to enjoy stunning views of the sea. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic pool area where I spent most of my time relaxing and soaking up the sun. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.
