My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in The Woodlands. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with a cozy and comfortable design. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to the mall and plenty of nice restaurants for us to enjoy. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences. we were extremely pleased with our experience and would definitely return.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was great. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our large family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options like eggs mixed with meat and fresh cut fruit. We also appreciated the bagged breakfast option. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to a mall and nice restaurants. The pool was lovely and provided a relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The bathroom doors being sliding glass doors was a minor inconvenience as the sound from the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Additionally, the beds were a bit hard, which caused some discomfort.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and elegant room and friendly staff. The location was peaceful, surrounded by trees, and the shopping choices nearby were enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more options.

Great location for the weekend concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was better than the usual free breakfast. the facility was clean, neat, and a good fit for a group of teenagers and a mom.

The day staff was dismissive and unhelpful, especially when it came to fulfilling basic requests like an extension cord or extra washcloths. the room was small and the bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel is located in a small wooded area right next to everything you could possibly want in the area. The beautiful surroundings add to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. The rooms are spacious with double beds and are kept very clean, including the nice large sofa. The breakfast provided here each morning is amazing, with a great variety of food options to choose from. For the price, you really can't beat all the amenities and services offered at this hotel.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was delicious, offering a wide range of options each morning. The location was excellent, being very close to the mall and within easy reach of the concert venue and other attractions in this city.

It was also an ideal location for the wedding party we were attending.

I gotta say, the value for my money at Hyatt Place was excellent! The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were so comfortable I had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to offices and shopping. But the best part was the staff - they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety or a few additional options.
