The location of this place was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the historical and cultural sights. I was able to visit the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace within just a few minutes. The hotel also provided airport pickup services, which made my arrival and departure very convenient.

The staff's customer service skills are exceptional, being available 24/7 and very accommodating to room change requests. The travel kits freely available in the room can be convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. Mr Ayhan Isik, a staff member, was very helpful in providing information about the area. The room had a balcony with great views, and the breakfast room was also pleasant.

The room cleanliness was not up to par, as there were long black hairs left behind from previous guests.
